Our staff will also ensure an efficient maintenance system that takes care of operational issues such as renovation, damage precautions, contract renewals, internet capable registration, and many other functions. We will stand shoulder to shoulder with our retailers to maintain a flawless working environment.

KFF Training Program
The head office is responsible for walking through the daily operations of the stores with the new retailers hand in hand, and educating them with the bases of the industry. Unlike many other franchises, KFF provide two – three weeks of free training sessions that will provide them everything they need to know about not only running a convenience store but also strategizing and expanding. Financing Opportunities
KFF will also provide occasional financing opportunities for retailers who are eligible for our credit benefits. Once the retailer has been approved, KFF will finance a part of the store’s operating budget.

Every KFF member has the privilege to enjoy discounts from partnered suppliers. Discount may vary between different suppliers and the quantity supplied. This benefit allows many KFF members to operate their business with lesser cost than many of our competitors.

Technology/ POS/ Data Storage
Technology and innovation is something that KFF strives for every single day. With our recent Point of Sale system developed in all of our stores, we are able to provide more efficient services for the retailers. Every month, retailers will receive progress reports of their own stores from the head office. These documents will not only allow the business owners to strategize their operations but also reflect upon their past sales data.

Lottery Channels
Lottery has always been one of the most popular items in every convenience store. KFF member will have the privilege to be registered with a Lottery Distribution System which involves maintenance services that the head office will provide.
